1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all guests of Villa Ilisio.

1.2 By making a reservation or booking, you agree to these terms and conditions as a guest of Villa Ilisio.

1.3 The minimum stay at Villa Ilisio is 4 nights.

1.4 Check-in time is from 15:00; check-out is before 11:00. Alternative times may be accommodated if possible.

1.5 Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance so our management team can provide a personal welcome and tour of the villa.

1.6 Smoking is not permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is allowed, but please adhere to safety guidelines to prevent fire hazards.

1.7 Pets are not allowed.

1.8 Villa Ilisio offers facilities for babies and toddlers upon prior request. A baby bed and high chair can be provided free of charge.

1.9 The villa accommodates a maximum of 6 adult guests. Additional beds cannot be added.

1.10 Guests can park their vehicles in the private parking area at their own risk.

1.11 The owners of Villa Ilisio reserve the right to deny or terminate accommodation without refund in cases of violations of these terms, house rules, or inappropriate behavior.

1.12 Villa Ilisio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. By using our website and facilities, you accept the terms in effect at that time.

2. Rates

2.1 Rates are per night for up to 6 adults. Babies that are accommodated with their parents are excluded from this limit.

2.2 Rates include the use of water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, and bed and bath linens for normal usage. Excessive use may incur additional charges. Please use resources responsibly to protect the environment.

3. Reservations and Payment

3.1 A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total booking amount.

3.2 The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

3.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer or any other transaction method provided by the integrated booking platform.

3.4 If the booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable immediately.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.

4.2 If the booking agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

• UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: Cancellation can be made free of charge and the paid deposit will be returned.

• FROM 29 DAYS TO 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel from the 29th day (included) prior to your scheduled arrival date until the day of arrival.

• FROM 13 DAYS TO 0 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel from the 13th day (included) prior to your scheduled arrival date until the day of arrival.

4.3 Early departure or no-show will be charged with 100% of the total of the non-used or remaining nights booked

4.4 We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability

5.1 Villa Ilisio is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay.

5.2 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

6. House Rules

6.1 Guests are expected to respect the property and its contents.

6.2 Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

6.3 The use of the facilities is at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
